We're Vaat. Which is the Estonian word for barrel (vat) as well as a colloquial "look!".
Drawn into the spell of the craft beer revolution we found that the best way to get the beer we really love to drink was to make it ourselves. We develop our recipes here in Tallinn on our small but shiny pilot brewery. With great care for the detail and no interest in fast results, we iterate until we're satisfied with what's cooking. So far, we're quite happy (and hoppy) about the result our perfectionist approach to brewing has brought us.
When a beer is ready, we want to share it with you and we're extremely thrilled to having found the perfect place for gipsy brewing. Starting from 2015 our recipes that are ready for sharing are being brewed at De Proef Brouwerij in Belgium.
