This beer has been designed as an old export porter. It has been brewed as undrinkable bitter (IBU 100) and then aged in wood for 9 months. The result is a strong dark beer that has a perfect bitter/sour balance.. RB:95p

Guldenberg is a tripel-style abbey ale containing 8.5% vol. Alc. Its colour is blond and it’s made of pale malt with the addition of candy sugar. The bitterness comes from the Hallertau hops we use as bitterhop and as aromahop.

Kriek de Ranke is an unsweetened cherry beer of mixed fermentation. It arises from a blend of old Flemish ale, lambic and 25 kilos of sour cherries/Hl. Taste: Full cherry flavour, sour and thirst-quenching. Gentle oaky notes from oak-aging. Ratebeer: 98/100!
The heaviest ale on our menu with a very rich taste, coming from the six different kinds of malt we use. These malts also give it that rich, dark, nearly black colour. The royal doses of Challenger and Saaz hops bring the typical balance between sweet and bitter.
A fantastic Christmas beer, but one that defies the universal custom of a stronger, spicier beer for the holiday season.
